JOB OVERVIEW Responsible for the overall supervision of a team of Medicare Claim processing employees. Accountable for member/provider satisfaction, retention, and growth by efficiently delivering competitive services to members/providers. This position will be responsible for supervising a team of Medicare medical claim processors on the HMO platform. Other duties include inventory management and representing Medicare on various projects and initiatives.
