SAFETY COORDINATOR Doherty Career Solutions has teamed with an area s heet metal contract manufacturer in search of a Safety Coordinator for their Sauk Center and Alexandria locations. POSITION SUMMARY The Safety Coordinator will be a key contributor to the overall safety performance of the organization. They will coordinate all safety programs, drive continuous improvement in the safety culture and ensure that the company is compliant in the established areas. SAFETY COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES · Provide safety ability and support to the operations team · Create training documents and power point presentations · Take a lead role new hire training in the areas of safety and quality · Complete in incident investigations · Assist in root cause analysis · Maintain OSHA compliance
