Summary- Benefits Specialist Position consists of marketing health benefits, speaking to prospective clients and processing enrollments. Recruiter/Trainer Position consists of marketing, interviewing and training new representatives. Position responsibilities- Must be eighteen or older. Must be hardworking and able to effectively communicate with people. Must have functional home-office. Physical demands- None. Disclaimer- This is a home office position. Candidate must have high-speed internet and be capable of completing an on-line training program consisting of but not limited to, ten hrs of specialized training.
