HR Assistant Generalist - (Bakersfield, CA)

Main responsibility is Hiring and Terminations Coordinate hiring of employees and contractors Create offer letters, maintain files for employees and contractors Receive copies of all new hire paperwork or each out of state business unit. Review for errors. Enter each new hire into HRIS system Enter each new hire into E-verify, SAMBA and Verified Credentials Prepare and participate in terminations sessions (review disciplines, complete termination paperwork, order final checks, assist field supervisors with questions, concerns, write term letters, etc.) Additional Responsibilities Respond to out of state unemployment inquires Complete State Disability inquires Conduct Leave of Absence meetings and monitor return process Review all out of state motor vehicle reports and notify business unit when issues prevent employees from driving Coordinate and supervise on-side random drug testing About Aerotek: Our people are everything.
