Health and Safety Manager JOB DETAILS SUMMARY Coordinates and implements organization safety program for multiple locations to ensure a safe, healthy, and accident-free work atmosphere by performing the following duties personally or through collaboration with other responsible partners. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Assignments include the following. Other duties may be assigned. This position will be responsible for maintaining OSHA regulatory compliance and continuous improvement of occupational safety results across multiple manufacturing facilities or business units. Leads and is responsible for the implementation and administration of company-wide safety programs, projects or initiatives, as assigned. Develops performance and trending reports for management, including those for use at monthly Safety Committee meetings, Safety Steering committee meetings, and as Executive Dashboards. Implement accident-prevention and loss-control systems and programs for incorporation into operational policies and procedures.
