Responsibilities: The Vice President is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources throughout Company and contributes to organizational efficiency and resource allocation system-wide. He or she leads a department that is charged with the responsibility of attracting and retaining high-quality employees, employing technology efficiently and in general support of COMPANY, and providing benefit programs that are both cost-effective and which are valued by employees. The VPHR participates as a member of the leadership team in COMPANY’s planning for longterm growth and stability.
