REQUIREMENTS: Medical Device, FDA background Product & Equipment Validations Corrective Action Plans POSITION DESCRIPTION: - Achieve an advanced level of utilizing our CMM capability to inspect product and reduce inspection costs - Develop and implement customer product certification plans. - Develop metrology system to fully implement GR&R test and analysis - Develop and implement cost reduction projects in manufacturing processes - Develop process control for process/design failure mode, effect and criticality analysis (FMECA) - Assure consistent controls in the manufacturing process for continuous quality improvement and reducing quality costs - Teach and apply design of experiments to improve quality without cost increase and achieving optimum levels of quality output - Conduct value analysis on products and processes to determine profitability About Aerotek:
