Customer Service Technician - (Greeneville, TN)

Position description: The Customer Service Technician will perform installation, maintenance and repair on all cable/station facilities and related equipment, along with other associated duties. The technician will be required to climb poles, be able to crawl under houses and work in attic spaces, use a shovel and pick to dig up and bury cable, and may be required to work in manholes, controlled environmental vaults (CEV) and other confined spaces.
