Stocks product in commissary; ensures that inventory levels of supplies are maintained and keeps work area and equipment neat and clean. * Maintains cleanliness of guest eating area * Wipes down tables, chairs, booths, trays, sweeps and mops floors * Empties trash, cleans garbage pails and brings garbage to dumpster * Breaks down boxes and brings to compactor * Maintains ice dispenser filled at all times * Stocks supplies such as food, dishes, and utensils in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and salad bars.
