Provides Patient Representative Services for the hospital and EMYL, as needed. Assists patients and families in understanding and navigating hospital policy and procedure, admission status, patient rights, and other areas of concern from the patient or family. Interacts heavily with patients, families, outsider services and unit personnel. 10:00-14:00 with flexibility Monday-Friday High-school graduate; 3 (3) years of clinical background in a psychiatric inpatient setting; Bachelor's Degree preferred
