Job DescriptionReports to: Director of OperationsPosition DescriptionThe responsibility of the Franchise Administrator is to support, manage, and protect the WIN Home Inspection brand by working closely with potential and existing franchisees throughout the entire franchising lifecycle. From supporting the Franchise Development processes to successfully on-boarding potential franchisees, the Franchise Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the growth of the business. Once a franchisee becomes a WIN Strategic-Partner, the Franchise Administrator provides the administration of, and supports the processes for, all franchise agreements, amendments, renewals and terminations. The Franchise Administrator will uphold WIN Home Inspection's operating standards and values in every facet of the position.
