Sales Director - Warehouse Automation Retrofit & Reengineering Job - (Holland, MI)

Leadership role within a global provider of baggage handling, parcel sorting, warehouse automation and similar large scale logistics systems. Own major activities within the aftermarket services and sales department and contribute ability to engineering projects. Shall: *** Manage a technical Sales & Service team developing aftermarket service projects. *** Prepare cost estimates, staffing requirements, and forecasts for future needs. *** Build teams through recruitment, personnel development, coaching, and training. *** Identify and pursue industry best-practices to participate in continuous improvement projects for profit margins and productivity levels. *** Develop plans to meet operation metrics and goals at lowest acceptable cost in accordance with company guidelines. Requirements: *** Ability in Sales, Management and Engineering. *** Leadership acumen and ability to manage a team of inside and field sales representatives. *** Project management or program managerial background.
