Hotel General Manager Job - (Traverse City, MI)

Interlochen Center for the Arts is looking to hire a Hotel General Manager. The Hotel General Manager provides leadership, develops and instills the vision of Interlochen Center for the Arts in support of instruction, scholarship, and the hotel/housing services. Major Responsibilities: * Ignite a lifelong passion in the arts * Operate within the policies and procedures set with the Interlochen Center for the Arts handbook * Delegate duties to employees within the hotel while maintaining the overall responsibility for results and personal accountability * Must be able to make sound decisions with little or no direction while pursuing the core values and principles of Interlochen Center for the Arts * Make customer service decisions based on safety, integrity, and overall impact.
