Job Id-6510622 Position title-HPC administrator/Application Specialist II Location-Cambridge,MA Duration-9-10 mons contract+ Duties: Manage, support, install, upgrade, and configure applications, software/packages, and Linux OS on SABRE HPC environment including GAP servers and local Linux workstations Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to applications/software, Linux OS, scheduler (UGE) and scripts Manage Linux us er accounts and NIS account management including data permissions and server access Manage and support Omicsoft ArrayServer, Genedata Expressionist, Genedata Screener w/ openBIS applications and servers including backup and restore databases and applications Manage, configure and troubleshoot the BMC and cluster DNS servers including provisioning servers Upgrade all GAPs servers to the latest CentOS and re-install and configure software on those servers Log all tickets/requests/inquiries into our ticket tracking system and ensure the incident is resolved in a timely manner
