A growing and successful grain and agronomy company in Missouri is looking to add an individual to their team that has background working in Grain Management. Grain Manager Duties: Background managing grain facility operations Oversee inbound and outbound shipments of grain, have a complete understanding of the logistics of delivery Ensure reliable systems and controls to maintain product safety, quality and regulatory compliance, Supervise/assist with maintenance and repair work of the facility Grain Manager Requirements: 2+ years of background in a management capacity within a Grain Facility Bachelor Degree in an Agriculture related position is highly preferred Stable work experience in the Agricultural industry Ideal applicants will have grain origination background; merchandising background is not required Compensation: Competitive base salary for
