South Mountain Creamery in Middletown, MD has an immediate full-time opening in our milk processing plant. SMC has a strong reputation in the area for offering high-quality dairy products which are home delivered to over 9,000 homes in Maryland, DC, VA, and PA. Ideal candidate will join a team of dedicated teammates to continue the SMC dairy legacy. Necessary background and Knowledge: Some Dairy plant background ~ raw milk, cream, butter, filler Dairy plant automated equipment background and troubleshooting skills. Quality control background. Preferred Background and Knowledge: Pasteurization, cream separation and Bottle Filler.
