They would need strong, broad HR experience, as well as administrative and/or financial skills.The broad HR experience desired would include managing a variety of aspects of HR, such as benefits/ 401k administration, payroll analysis, payroll forecasts and budget, team management, communications and presentations to senior executives, recruiting, managing technical employeesStrong administrative and issue solving skills are needed--analysis projects, spreadsheets and What-Ifs in Ms excel, medical insurance evaluation, comparative analysis and lease/ buy analysisWord and Microsoft excel proficiency.
