Food Server - Jack Binion's Steak House - (Council Bluffs, IA)

Horseshoe's Jack Binion's Steakhouse offers an intimate, fine dining atmosphere. Serving only the Best Prime Cut Beef, selection of large sides and mouth watering desserts. The ideal candidate will have food and beverage service background in a fine dining establishment and excellent customer service skills. Needs basic wine knowledge and a willingness to learn more. Be able to respond to questions and suggestively guide the guest in making food and beverage selections. This position mandates standing and maneuvering in confined area while handling full trays. You must be willing to work in a hot or cold environment, clearing tables and seating guests.
