COMMERCIAL LOAN OFFICER A community-focused bank is looking for an experienced Commercial Lender. This individual must have prior commercial/business banking experience. A local experience is preferred along with a min three years direct commercial lending experience. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Developing lasting relationships with local businesses Credit and Underwriting - lender should be able to work a loan from "cradle to grave" Community Involvement Experience 5+ years previous work in Commercial Lending including CRE, C&I, and SBA lending Credit & Underwriting A strong base salary, bonus program, excellent benefits, and an excellent vacation policy are highlights of this package.
