Description Manage logistics resources to ensure max throughput and minimal investment of inventory. Provide cross training of all individuals and deployment as required. Coordinate cycle counting and inventory accuracy activities. Develop resources to focus on identifying problems and implementing corrective action. Responsibilities 1. Supervise logistics employees and provide technical leadership to ensure a consistent quality service is provided to all customers. Develop a cross trained and flexible workforce. Identify workforce training qualifications and provide training as required. 2.
