Position title: Production Manager Reports To: Plant Manager Purpose and Scope of Job: Primarily responsible for directing and managing all production operations. Required functions (other duties may be assigned) * Direct and manage all production operations to meet short term and longterm goals. * Coordinate production activities through planning with plant management to ensure the total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost effective manner. * Transform and continuously improve manufacturing capabilities through the use of lean manufacturing techniques.
