UX Call Center Rep Position summary * Operate as point of contact between National Assembly and multiple clients * Manage projects for our clients with 100% accuracy in order to ensure a smooth and satisfactory background for our customers and clients * Track, schedule and process orders in a timely manner for our clients * Update client and customers of their order statuses * Ensure that the office area managers are kept up to date regarding the orders in their region * Coordinate with management regularly regarding customer complaints
