Job Location The Lead Housekeeper position is located in Kokomo, Howard County, Indiana. Job assignments * The Lead Housekeeper assists management in maintaining and executing high-quality department standards by keeping department leadership informed of the conditions of the assigned areas and by assisting the department leadership in training. * Motivating the environmental services staff to ensure high-quality service on the applicable shift * Mentor co-workers to enhance job-related growth and service standard development within the department. * Help in the documentation and communication of department standards to co-workers and department leadership. Background * 6 (6) months of housekeeping background. Past leadership background is preferred. * Health care background desired. * Must have knowledge of the proper use and functions of cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, buffers, mops, etc.
