Essential responsibilities: Min of 3 yrs of food service managerial background in contract foodservice, or restaurant Proficient in menu development, cost controls, purchasing and inventory with a focus on sourcing and utilizing local food products Able to handle responsibility for ensuring proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of proper serving temperatures-follows HACCP standards
