Pay Grade: 14 Reports to: District Manager Required responsibilities: Responsibility for ensuring proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of proper serving temperatures and HACCP standards Knowledge of financial, budgetary, accounting and computational practices Expertise to communicate on various levels to include management, customers, client and associate Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites Preferred Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in food service management 3yrs progressive hospitality background is desired 2 Years restaurant background is preferred.
