POSITION TITLE:Banquet Busser JOB PURPOSE:The Banquet Busser assists the servers and captains in expediting proper service at the highest quality level. In addition to watering tables, cleaning and resetting tables as needed. POSITION DUTIES: * Assistin the proper set-up and take down of all banquet functions * Attendall pre-function briefing meetings to review all info of function with Banquet Captain * Followdirection of Captain and Managers thoroughly while maintaining quality standards
