Production Supervisor - $50-55K - Wood Products Manufacturing - Manage day-to-day shift operations - Coordination of production activities including job scheduling and hold daily meeting to coordinate - preventative maintenance and manage maintenance schedule for plant - Manage and implement a comprehensive Quality Control program - Ensure products meet established quality standards throughout the plant process - Conduct Quality audits on products moving through-out the plant - Work with Sales to meet required customers demands while balancing plant production - Generate daily, weekly and monthly activity reports that track quality, scrap, operating efficiency, and other key performance indicators Managing the critical materials needed to launch jobs to keep on schedule - Ensure labor tracking is timely and accurate.
