Looking for a full time nanny - (Columbia, MO)

Hi, we are looking for a full-time nanny for when I return back to work. It would be Monday thru Friday in our home. The hours would most likely be either seven to 4ish or eight to 5ish. We have one child (ethan) and he is 4 mons old. Born October 22nd. I want someone to care for my child like I would. Must be caring, living and great with babies/kids. References will be required. Having education/background is a major plus. Ethan is honestly such a good baby and so easy to take care of. We were really blessed with him. Also we do ha e two well behaved dogs and one cat.
