Well established automotive supplier in Sidney OH has immediate need for Quality Engineer.Position Reports To: Quality Director / Quality Manager Position Purpose Develop the Quality Management Systems and support in supplier monitoring and developmentfor all facilities. Critical functions and Basic Duties Deployment of Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) core tools: Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA) Statistical Process Control (SPC) Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) Perform Internal/Supplier auditing of Quality/Environmental Management Systems. Develop supplier performance tracking system and support the supplier development. Provide issue solving support i.e., 8D, 5 Why s for supplied product. Completes special and miscellaneous projects as assigned.
