Division Operations Manager - (Hermiston, OR)

Job Description: JOB DESCRIPTION : This position has a high-level of required knowledge, skills, and background with responsibility for day to day operations and clinical management of a Lifeways Division under the direction of the Division Administrator. Operationsduties include supervision, planning, budgeting, managing, reporting, evaluation, and ensuring efficient operations of programs such as: Crisis Services, Outpatient Counseling, Assertive Community Treatment, School Based Services, Peer Support, Co-occurring Disorders, Residential, Psychiatric Services, or other programs as assigned by the Division Administrator. Serves as Lifeways administrative representative and community liaison to community groups, advisory committees, county government, and ad-hoc groups. Oversees Division administrative operations and serves as a liaison to Lifeways facilities, human resource, business operations, and purchasing units.
