Billing Analyst ABOUT THE COMPANY Our client is a profitable and growing construction company. Due to their growth and complicated billing process, they are currently seeking to add an Billing Analyst. This position is highly visible and would report directly into the Accounting Manager. The Billing Analyst will also collaborate together with project managers. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BILLING ANALYST The Billing Analyst will bill several accounts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis Post payments to the appropriate accounts Oversee monthly billing process The Billing Analyst will prepare and return lien wavers Provide a list of aging receivables The Billing Analyst will review the billing with the Project Managers Provide the list of aging accounts to the Accounting Managers
