Summary of Position: This position will support Western's efforts to improve teaching and learning through the effective application of performance-based instructional design theory and application by assisting faculty with designing program and course level curriculum. Primary focus will be given to the design of new programs and courses and the service, support, and professional development needed for faculty in the areas of instructional design and curriculum development. Collaboration with faculty, Curriculum Services, Instructional Technologist, Teaching and Learning Coordinator, and academic administration is essential.
