Office Trainer Locations: Open to applicants working out of: CT, MA, NY, NJ, PA, MD and VA The primary function of a Retail Office Trainer is to develop, plan, coordinate, facilitate and manage all office operations training programs by establishing and executing training modules designed to educate and maintain “Bob’s Best”. The Retail Office Trainers are responsible for and have Management authority during all Training Classes and thereafter, serve as Mentors and Educators in the Bob’s Discount Furniture organizational structure ensuring Associates are matriculated into the Bob’s Way. Responsibilities ? Plan and facilitate all office training sessions for new and existing Retail Office Associates, Office Leads, and Store Management as well as assist in facilitating classes for Sales Associates, and various Store Support Department Managers Direct and Train all Members of Store Management on ensuring general business and office guidelines are being practiced
