Schedule: M-f, Full-time Pay level: $15-$18 + incentive plan Contract to September 2017 START: IMMEDIATELY The Recruiter will source and screen a high volume of candidates for Licensed Agents (trained and licensed through PeopleShare) and Non Licensed Agents to work in busy call center environment. Duties and responsibilities: Identify and recruit qualified applicants Prescreen, Interview and schedule candidates into education / training Meet daily metrics / numbers as supplied by Program Manager Answer incoming calls and manage email correspondence with urgency and attention to detail Requirements include: Professionalism and business background a must Expertise to thrive in a high energy, deadline driven environment Background in customer service or call center roles is a huge plus Must be outgoing
