Leasing Agent Position description – Promotes the community and the rental of apartments using a resourceful and gracious manner answering the telephone and assisting prospective residents in choosing an apartment. The Leasing Agent also assists current residents with their needs and works with other office personnel in maintaining a professional and organized workplace environment. Leasing Agents have public relations as well as a service job caring for the needs of prospective and current residents. Through a willingness to work as a team player, the Leasing Agent assists the Manager as needed.
