Leasing Consultant - TX - (Killeen, TX)

THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN KILLEEN, TX. PRIOR LEASING BACKGROUND REQUIRED. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS. Basic Purpose Under the general direction of the Property Manager, the Leasing Consultant will own and drive the property's sales. The primary duties are to greet prospects and present the features and benefits at their property and to secure leases for Nolan Communities. The Leasing Consultant position will assist in the financial and operational performance of the property by: - Background with lead management software preferred - A high-school education or equivalent is required * Previous apartment leasing background is required * Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner * Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends * Must be able to walk the property including climbing stairs Other Considerations - Accountable for resident retention, sales and marketing performance and contributing to the asset's on-line reputation and brand
