As a Route Sales Representative at Schwans you will earn a substantial base pay with an opportunity to earn more through commissions on sales. Our RSRs earn between $47K - $52K a year with some earning more. When you start, you will earn $160 guaranteed daily base pay, as well as receive a $500 lump sum bonus at the completion of your six week on-boarding program. Once you are assigned your own route, typically at or before the six week mark, you would then earn the daily base pay plus commission based upon your sales. You can expect to work approx 50 hours a week with only occasional weekend hours.
