Lab Tech We are pleased to recruit for a global manufacturer of petrochemicals, specialty chemicals and oil products. It comprises eighteen businesses each with a major chemical company heritage. Its production network spans 67 sites in sixteen countries throughout the world and is expanding and seeking a Laboratory Technician in Freeport, Texas. Job summary: Tests run - head space, wet methods, colorimetric (CO2 analysis), par reactors that test temperature and pressure in amine vessels, and corrosion testing. Type of lab instruments/equipment: IC, ICP, GC, GCMS Work Schedule: M-F, 7am-5pm, OT as needed Background: 1+ year lab background, GC exp preferred, computer savvy and outgoing personality. Expertise to read a chromatogram is a plus. Education: Degree in Chemistry or Science related position preferred Type: Indefinite contract Location: Freeport, TX Pay level: $15-19/hr (depends on background) About Us:
