Direct Support Associate - (Rockford, IL)

This position is responsible for assisting people we care for in various aspects of activities of daily living, while ensuring compliance with regulatory qualifications and company policies and procedures. This position is also responsible for the health, safety and emotional support of the people being cared for, and electronically documenting the services and supports provided. Key duties include: Monitor the comfort and safety of people we support. Assist people we support with medication administration. Maintain medical, social, and program electronic files by recording each persons progress. Assist people we support to identify and achieve their personal goals. Full time (30+ hours) and part time (20-30 hours) positions are available. We currently have only second and third shift positions available.
