Engineering Technician (M4371) - (Garner, NC)

Serve as the 1st-line technical expert for the team in the event of problems on the line. While creating a positive working environment, ensure compliance with all internal/external guidelines for product quality, associate training, and OSHA regulations. Assist with the implementation of standards, procedures and policies to support the continuous improvement of product quality and production efficiency. This position is distinguished as a resource regarding processes, procedures and details within a functional area. Responsibilities: Implements quality and process reliability systems Trains hourly personnel to perform activities affecting quality and manufacturing processes Assists in writing and teaching process procedures to ensure corrective and preventative actions are taking place Troubleshoot products and machinery within the milling department.
