Training and Development Facilitator - (Mt Vernon, OH)

This role is responsible for performing a variety of services to meet development and training needs for internal personnel. Assignments include preparing teaching materials, following instructional materials, and providing instruction to assigned audiences for specific training courses, ensuring coursework is executed in a safe and accurate manner according to established brand standards while reflecting the Company in a positive light. This role may work with educational partners and other resources to deploy hands-on or classroom coursework. RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepares, coordinates, and evaluates effectiveness of employee training, typically held in a classroom setting. Delivers training and instruction as coursework objectives and material indicates, presenting materials effectively, evaluating student understanding with effective questioning techniques and providing timely and specific feedback. Sets up and modifies the classroom setting to ensure the most conducive learning environment is available.
