Server - Max & Erma's Wilmington - (Wilmington, OH)

Max Erma's at the Holiday Inn/Roberts Centre in Wilmington is looking for exceptional and experienced servers to join our team. Ideal candidates have previous serving experience in a high volume restaurant, excellent customer service skills, and flexibility in schedule. The job requires a terrific deal of energy, a positive attitude, and desire to always wear a smile. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Greets all guests in the restaurant. Maintains knowledge of all food and beverages served in restaurant. Efficiently receives, processes and delivers guest orders. Engages in suggestive selling practices. Pre-bus during service and maintains a clean section. Performs side work and station duties as directed by the manager. Performs opening, running, and closing duties as directed by the manager. Responsible for processing all payments and practicing safe cash handling procedures. Assist in greeting and seating guests, bus tables, and running food when able. Position necessitates standing for long periods of time.
