POSITION OVERVIEW: The number 1 function of every Team player is to provide excellent customer service. This is accomplished by understanding and fulfilling all of the general responsibilities of the juice bar/chopped salad team player. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: (Essential Duties and Responsibilities) Provides exceptional customer service. Greets customers, processes orders in a kind, cheerful, and knowledgeable manner. Adherence to all Food Safety Sanitation guidelines preparation methods, as per company policy. Willingness to obtain knowledge of all products in the prep area including ingredients, price, selling points, and preparing knowledge. Ensures accuracy of pricing. Ensures product is fresh. Ensures product is prepared properly. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: EDUCATION/AGE: You must be at least 18 yrs old to work in the prep area High-school or equivalent education is required. BACKGROUND: Background is preferred but not necessary. All training is provided on the job.
