CNC Mill Machinist - (Salem, OR)

CNC Machinist, produces machined part programs provided by programming, setting up and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machines. Multi-task in high paced environment maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies. *Expertise to lift and move objects up to 35 lbs without assistance and occasionally up to 50 pounds following company safety standards *Expertise to stand for long periods of time *Must have the expertise to communicate, listen and visualize *Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, safety toed boots and ear plugs *Housecleaning- 5S Requirements: *High-school diploma or equivalent *2 year min CNC work background and/or trade school equivalent to work background *Math skills need to be good: (basic shop math) including decimals and measurements with tight tolerances *Computer skills understanding of Fanuc, Siemens, GE and Heidenhain controls
