Benefits Specialist - (Tulare, CA)

Client in Tulare is seeking a Benefits Specialist Individual will be responsible for HRIS System and day to day operations of group benefit package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and flexible spending accounts. Required Education and Background Associates degree in HR or related position, but background and/or other training/certification may be substituted for the education. Minimal 2 yrs background in HR, specializing in benefits administration. Additional Eligibility Requirements Background with Microsoft office products, particularly Ms excel, Power Point Background with HRIS systems Valid Driver' required and will be verified, local travel to various worksites is required.
