Department: Environmental Services A Life-Changing Career Job overview: Housekeeping position which includes working in direct patient care areas as assigned. Responsibilities: Thoroughly cleans assigned areas per guidelines and standards. Demonstrates proper use and care of all housekeeping equipment. Maintains a safe environment. Provides service that focuses on the needs of the customers and maintains productive working relationships. Requirements: High-school graduate preferred or equivalent. Additional Requirements: 1yr in related healthcare field or commercial cleaning background wanted. On the job training will be provided. Benefit Eligible: Yes Exemption Status: Non-exempt Compensation Detail: Education, background and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. The min pay level is $13.40 per hour. Hours/Pay Period: 75 Schedule Info: Variable hours between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm. Weekend Schedule: Every other weekend and holiday rotations are required.
