Human Resources Generalist - Multilingual Responsible for new employee orientations and training to support corporate programs as directed. We are currently seeking a Human Resources (HR) Generalist to join our team and provide exceptional support to Central and South Texas locations. Leveraging their HR knowledge, the Generalist will provide recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, training and development, process improvement and performance management. In this role, it is critical to build strong relationships and be approachable by all levels of employees, line and senior management.Travel up to 30 percent of the time will be needed to visit various locations supported. Spanish is also required as many of our employees are Spanish-speaking.
