Job summary: Responsible for providing 24 hour care on a close, personal basis and assisting in establishing an appropriate home environment that provides supervision and support for a range of daily living activities for group home residents and day to day household functions of the lodge. Requires Bachelors Degree and 3 years of background involving adolescents. Valid Driver's License Required. Week 1&2 Tuesday: 22:30-9:00 Wednesday: 22:30-9:00 Thursday: 22:30-9:00 Friday:22:30-7:00 IRTS Level of Care (Swan) OR Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in a field unrelated to social work or psychology OR Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/ university in social work, psychology or related position AND 3-five years' background providing direct care to youth in a behavioral health agency or institutional setting
