Lead Quality Management Specialist - (Tampa, FL)

Position Concept: Provides oversight of quality management to the Community Based Care (CBC) initiative through creating and managing performance improvement data and related services which strengthen child welfare services. Assist the Director of Quality Management with Eckerd Rapid Safety Feedback for the circuit and outcomes related to the Quality Management Plan. Assist the Director of Quality Management in the evaluation of the effectiveness of lead agency services and helps to identify ways to address systemic areas requiring quality improvement. Required functions: * Actively manages Eckerd Rapid Safety Feedback for the Circuit. * Data Packet Validation; review, provide feedback, and ensure data is accurate and complete. * As requested, represent Director of Quality Management or Sr. Director of Quality Management at meetings, conferences, or initiatives. * Serve as acting Director of Quality Management in his/her absence.
