Job summary: Responsible for providing 24 hour care on a close, personal basis and assisting in establishing an appropriate home environment that provides supervision and support for a range of daily living activities for group home residents and day to day household functions of the lodge. Requires High-school diploma or equivalent and 1yr of background involving adolescents. 2yrs of college or Bachelors degree preferred. Valid Driver's License Required. *All Residential Counselor positions may include weekend hours 22:30-7:00 Week 1&2: Thursday, Friday, Saturday PCH (Lotus, Sunflower), Co-Occurring (Wolf), RTC (Bear, Eagle, Butterfly HS Diploma or equivalent AND 3-5 yrs' background providing direct care to youth in a behavioral health agency or institutional setting.
